St Wilfrid’s church drop-in centre update:

At St Wilfrid’s there are two projects to provide practical support to Preston’s homeless men and women

Every Tuesday evening from 6.15 pm to 7.15 pm in St Wilfrid’s Parish Centre a free hot meal, cakes, and a hot drink is provided. Sleeping bags, socks, gloves, toiletries and warm clothing are urgently needed for those sleeping rough or who have poorly heated accommodation.

The Wednesday Drop is in the Narthex of the Church from 6.30 pm to 8.00 pm. This is a weekly drop in where clothes, shoes, sleeping bags and toiletries are provided to anyone in need.

Metanoia Project volunteers also spend time listening and chatting over a hot drink with those who attend.
